How can I get free shipping?
Simply you can get free shipping when you buy products
for 499 SAR or more, and you will get complete free shipping for your shipment,
whether it is inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in our warehouses
around the world.
We offer the following shipping options, which may vary
by product::
⁃Standard Shipping: Items
are expected to be delivered to you within 8-14 working days, which is the
usual (Shoopi) method of delivery and does not require additional charges.
⁃ Regular shipping of
products available in international warehouses: It is expected that the products
will be delivered to you within 15-20 days from the date of delivery of the
products to the shipping company only for products available outside the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which are usually around the world in warehouses
(Shoopi), and these are The usual way without any additional fees or
conditions.
⁃ 2-Day Shipping:
Depending on the product source and shipping destination, 2-day shipping may be
available in select regions. Your products are expected to be delivered within
2 business days after the products have been shipped.
⁃ EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR
SOME PRODUCTS: Your items are expected to be delivered within 1 business day
after the items have been shipped and received by the delivery company for
specific items only.
⁃ Standard fast shipping
for products available in international warehouses: (Shoopi) also provides fast
and standard shipping service for products outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
in its warehouses around the world (USA - Korea - Hong Kong - Europe) within
7-10 days after the shipping companies To deliver your products, (require
higher fees).
please note:
Business days usually do not include weekends, but
Saturday deliveries may be made with specified postal codes.
Some items may not be eligible for 2-day or express
shipping due to size, weight, quantities, delivery address, or seller
restrictions.
Shipping fees for express shipping are calculated on a
"per order" basis, including costs for shipping, order processing,
product selection, and packaging, and will only apply to products using these
shipping speeds.
If my shipment is less than 499 riyals?
There will be shipping charges according to the total
value of your invoice, and the calculation of the shipping value for invoices
less than 499 riyals is as follows:
1- If the purchases are less than 499 riyals, there
will be a shipping and delivery fee of 45 riyals added to the total invoice,
and this is considered a normal shipping fee (you will find above the delivery
date for normal shipping)
And for express shipping using Express Track for
international and domestic shipments, there will be additional charges for the
shipment (you will find above the delivery time for express shipping).
And for express shipping using Express Track, there
will be additional charge for the shipment (Above you will find the delivery
time for express shipping)
Note: (Shoopi) reserves the full right to communicate
with the customer and change delivery times in case of emergency or force
majeure, God forbid.
We use our own fleet of international and domestic
products for shipping or through major shipping companies such as
DHL, FedEx, Aramex and SMS)
When the customer receives his shipment number in any
shipping company, the customer has the right to enter the shipping company’s
website, verify its shipment, and contact the shipping company in case the
shipment is delayed.
What if I receive a wrong or incomplete shipment?
We will apologize to you first and you have the full
right to raise a complaint ticket through the link and we will take the
appropriate action and exchange the products on the (Shoopi) account and receive
the products you have on the account, and we will serve you as required. We
just want to provide us with the bill to help.
Also, (Shoopi) has the full right in the event that it
is established that the assistance does not comply with the terms of the rejection
of the application and the closure of the ticket.
What if I do not receive my paid shipment?
The shipments remain with the shipping company if you
do not receive it for 5 days and if you do not receive your shipment due to a
reason out of your control or for any other reason such as travel and busyness,
the supplier returns the shipment to our warehouse and we will store it for you
for 7 days in warehouses with international specifications and we will contact
you if you wish In return shipping, there will be extra charge for shipping the
shipment, you have to pay in advance 56 riyals other delivery fee.
What if my shipment is delayed?
If we do not achieve what we mentioned and the shipment
is delayed, you will get a coupon of 25 riyals added to your wallet and for a
period of 30 days, you are entitled to use it at any time on certain products.
